4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Delivery times may vary depending on location. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. If an order is returned to sender or requires redelivery due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, additional fees may apply.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your wine. If your order arrives damaged or you believe there’s an issue with a product, please contact us at hello@ottelia.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement, store credit or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
6. Restaurant Bookings
Bookings made through our site are subject to availability. We may charge a cancellation fee for no-shows or late cancellations. Please review booking terms at the time of reservation.

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its security, or attempt to access unauthorised areas.
