Cancellation policy

Wine Club & Purchase Options
By joining our Wine Club or selecting a recurring purchase option, you agree to the following terms:

  • Frequency Options: You can choose to receive shipments quarterly, bi-annually or annually.

  • Minimum Commitment: A minimum of two shipments is required before cancellation.

  • Skipping a Shipment: You can skip an upcoming order via your customer portal. A maximum of three skips is allowed — after that, your membership will be automatically cancelled.

  • Cancellations: If you'd like to cancel, please email. All cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before the next billing/shipping date to avoid being charged.

  • Changes: You can update your details or preferences through your customer portal at any time or by email.
